Abstract

Workplace safety in the industry is crucial to prevent risks associated with hazardous chemicals, production processes, and environmental factors. A structured Safety Management System (SMS) ensures hazard identification, workplace audits, and regulatory compliance. The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), proper chemical handling, and emergency preparedness enhance safety standards. Employee training, adherence to international safety agreements, and regular monitoring of risks are essential for maintaining a safe work environment. Strict compliance with safety regulations not only protects workers but also ensures product integrity and operational efficiency.
